Corbin’s expertise includes prestige listings, new development leasing, landlord and tenant representation, and asset acquisition and disposition for owner/users or investment properties. In recent years, Corbin has emerged as a leader in cannabis real estate throughout Michigan and across the country. He is recognized for assisting clients with all license and property types, including green zone properties, municipal and state-licensed facilities, operating facilities, and sale-leaseback investments.

They also admire his site selection skills and market knowledge which he gained through national and regional tenant representation assignments with private companies, institutional landlords, REITs, and publicly traded companies. EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Corbin earned his General Business Management and Human Resources degrees from Oakland University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, currently sits on the State of Michigan Program Planning Committee, and is the Next Generation Co-Chair, along with formerly serving as the State of Michigan Next Generation Chair. Additionally, he sits on the Michigan Commercial Real Estate PAC. He previously served on the board of Chaldean Young Professionals Network, an affiliate of the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce.
