Opportunity - Own 80% interest in Active I-502-TIER 3 Producer business, 100% interest in Active TIER 2 Producer/ Processor business,and 5+ acres of land zoned for cannabis production/processing, for $580K asking price with terms. Buyer(s) must perform own "Due Diligence." Initial good faith deposit payment of $80,000 is required to be placed into ESCROW and buyer(s) must execute an interim management contract for operations of both licensee's at the time an intent to purchase agreement is executed, the $80K will be applied to the global purchase price, provided all desirable agreements between buyer(s) and sellers are executed within 30 days of March 14, 2018. Once confirmation from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board that the application for transferring the ownership of both licensed entities of title has been received, an additional sum of up to $100,000 may be required depending on specific management contract terms and conditions which shall also be placed into ESCROW and the title for the land shall be transferred into buyers name with a Five (5) Year mortgage contract of the global principal balance that is remaining unpaid shall accrue interest at 5%. Upon WSLCB approval of change in applicable ownership of both businesses; the $80,000 will be used to buyout TIER III current 80% owner, and the additional sum in Escrow (if any) may be used to make the first annual $100K mortgage payment that becomes due one year after the date Washington State Liquor Cannabis Board approves the ownership percent transfer of both I-502 Businesses to buyer(s).
