Our facility is in the Power Inn district where there are no more licenses allowed. We have 9,000 square feet built out and have another 9,000 square feet in buildout phase. We just finished sealing the floor and putting in floor drains into the expansion side. Our power upgrade was just completed by SMUD, which cost over $350k and we now have 3 phase 2000 amps of power.
The built out 9,000 square feet consists of 6 flowering rooms and 2 vegetative rooms. The flowering rooms range in size and number of lights. We are on a harvest schedule of every two weeks. Currently, there are about 100 lights of flowering in the operating section of the building. The expansion has plans to build out 4 flower rooms with 54 Lux DE lights per room which are included in the sale (216 Luxx DE1000). The expansion is one open space of 9,000 square feet so if someone wants to change plans, they can still do so. You can run double or even triple tiered LEDs because of the high ceilings. The state license is current and up to date and is good until 3/20/2022 before renewal is necessary. We have a good standing with all of the inspectors and the Department of Cannabis Control. The only reason we are selling is because owner is moving out of state and needs funds for other projects.
