Each room can easily grow 50lbs to 100lbs of product depending on strains. Average with some mild-exotics grown are about 80lbs of big bud with lots more small bud and shake.
There are 5-ton AC's in every grow room with room to add an additional 5-ton. There is also a large dehumidifier in each room. Even the drying and baby room have AC units. The lights are HPS and there are lights and fans in each room. There is an irrigation system that runs from a shared space in the hallway to each room and is added there. We have CO2 hookups for each room as well.
We are selling because we have outgrown the facility. We have purchased a new facility and are building that up. Once that is ready to go, we have no need for this one. This is a great starter facility for anyone that needs to get in to the market and understand how Colorado operates. Good relationships with all the local and state authorities due to exceptional compliance and operation. Makes your job much easier when you take over.
We are looking to move fast and have you take over. As soon as you pay for the facility, we will transfer everything into your name and the operation is yours to do as you want. We can seller finance but prefer not to. If you don't 100% own the facility, we have to keep things in our name and run it our way to make sure our investment is secure. This is less than ideal for everyone.
Leases are good through 2023 and 2025 with options to extend.
