This vertical cannabis company counts itself as one of the oldest and most established in Montana. With Tier 5 cultivation, 4 dispensary locations in some of the hottest markets in the state, and one of the state’s most well-known edibles brands, this offering is a perfect launching pad for a buyer looking to avoid starting on the ground floor.
All of the dispensary locations are turnkey, revenue-generating and have been open for several years, so they have established customer bases. Three of the four retail locations are in long term leases with beautifully finished interiors and come will all FF&E onsite. The 4th is in owned-real estate, but the owners are willing to draft a long term lease if desired, or the dispensary license could be relocated.
The cultivation facility as well as a lab for manufacturing concentrates are included and come fully-equipped. They both share a site with one of the leased retail locations, however, the lab is in a portable conex box that could easily be relocated if desired.
This is the definition of a turnkey business, but there’s also multiple opportunities to expand. The next tier increase would take the licensed cultivation allowed from 10k square feet to 13k square feet.
