All new listings on CannaMLS are set as active. Once you have a potential buyer you may want to set it to Pending or Sold to alert other potential buyers.

To change your listings status select "My Listings". From there you can select "Edit" on the listing where you'd like to change the status.  You can then select the status you'd like to indicate to potential buyers.  If you select 'Sold' the system will ask you for sales information.  (We are collecting  sales data to create a tool to help sellers and brokers set and discover fair market pricing for assets in certain markets)

TIPS:  

• The 'Pending' setting will still allow users to contact you, but should let them know they may not get an immediate response.
• Sometimes collecting a list of interested parties is a good idea incase a deal falls through.
