• Retailer License – Authorizes direct-to-consumer cannabis sales. Limited to 150 licenses statewide, with the ability to operate up to 5 dispensary locations (subject to local limits).
• Microbusiness License – Designed for small-scale vertical integration. Permits cultivation of up to 5,000 sq. ft. indoor canopy or ½ acre outdoor, plus manufacturing and one retail location.
• Mezzobusiness License – Structured for mid-scale vertically integrated operations. Allows cultivation up to 15,000 sq. ft. indoor canopy or 1 acre outdoor, manufacturing of up to 30,000 lbs annually, and up to 3 retail locations. Limited to 100 licenses statewide.
• Cultivator License – Authorizes large-scale cultivation. Permits up to 30,000 sq. ft. indoor canopy or 2 acres outdoor cultivation. Limited to 50 licenses statewide.
• Manufacturer License – Permits cannabis processing and product manufacturing with no facility size cap. Limited to 24 licenses statewide.
