We operate 2 dispensaries in Helena, a Cultivation, and MIPP. Our dispensary on Canyon Ferry does around $1m in sales per year. We've operated at this location for over 10 years and have a very loyal customer base.
We recently took over management of our 2nd dispensary in downtown Helena. This location is grandfathered in as a dispensary and sales are growing quickly.
Our Cultivation and MIPP are located on the same property in Helena as our original dispensary. The cultivation grows about 600lbs per year. However, we are finishing the build on our final flower room which should help us grow about 1,000lbs of flower per year. All rooms are automated with drippers and Growlink monitoring equipment. It is an efficient cultivation utilizing Mass Airflow to cool the building. We rarely need to turn on AC units because of the economizer design.
The MIPP is very effective. We hydrocarbon extract for ourselves as well as several other companies. We also produce solventless products sold as is or used for solventless edible production.
I am looking to sell the entire business, licenses, and property. I am asking for $3m in total. Cultivation and D Licenses produce over $2m in product per year, and $1m for the property. I would be willing to keep the property and rent it for $10k/month with a long term lease
