30,000 ft2 steel building constructed in 2022. Engineering plans for 790 lights. Steel and foam walls indoors – excellent construction quality. We have paid over $200K for a 2500 KVA transformer to be installed by OEC – work to be completed around March of 2023.

The major remaining costs are HVAC, interior electrical work, and equipment. Subcontractors are engaged with deposits and can be transferred to the new owner.

There is also an 17,200 ft2 Atlas greenhouse with 336 lights is on site, but it is not fully erected. Unit cost us over $500K. Site prep work has been done and main poles have been grounded with concrete. Still needs concrete pad and assembly.

Parcel is over 36 flat acres, and includes a nice, 3800 ft2 home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Two additional buildings add another 4500 ft2 of support space. We’ve built out one building to hold our mother plants.
