Xclusives Taste is seeking one exclusive Oregon producer or producer/processor partner for our operating Hillsboro retail location.

We are looking for a strategic partnership — not a passive investor.

The ideal partner brings quality product, farm-direct economics, and personnel/operational support to help handle day-to-day retail operations.

The store is currently owner-operated. With the right operational team in place, ownership can focus more heavily on what we bring to the partnership: branding, marketing, promotions, product development, industry relationships, community outreach, collaborations, and creating consumer demand for the products we put behind.

What We're Looking For

- Established Oregon producer

- Quality, consistent flower at competitive pricing

- Personnel/operational support for retail

- Processing capabilities preferred, but not required

- Ability to support multiple product categories is a plus

- Interest in exclusive/in-house and co-branded products

- Long-term interest in a farm-to-retail model

The operational team helps run the retail.

We focus on branding it, marketing it, creating demand and connecting it with the consumer.

Partnership

$50,000 investment for up to 15% equity.

The partnership will be exclusive, with final terms based on the right strategic fit and what each party brings to the relationship.
