On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. all assets of Element 7 Chula Vista One, LLC, Element 7 Mendota, LLC, Element 7 Willits, LLC, Element 7 SF1, LLC, Element 7 Redwood City, LLC, PH Investments Group, LLC, and Element 7 Cathedral City, LLC (including inventory, licenses, furniture, fixtures, equipment, IP, and other intangibles) will be sold via an out-of-Court auction led by Court-appointed Receiver Kevin Singer. This sale is free and clear of liens.
The opening bid will be $1,000,000, with bidding increments of $100,000 thereafter until a winner is determined.
To prequalify to bid, bidders must present the Receiver the following by 5:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026: (a) a signed copy of these Rules for Out-of-Court Auction; (b) a deposit of $100,000, either via wire transfer/ACH or a cashier’s check in the amount of $100,000 made out to Receivership Specialists; (c) proof of funds in an amount equal to or greater than the highest amount the bidder is willing to bid; and (d) evidence demonstrating that the bidder would be a qualified operator of the Business pending transfer of the relevant license.
